Ilkay Gundogan Was ruled from Northern Ireland Qualifier from Germany on Monday due to illness.
The German Football Association explained the 28-year-old had left the hotel in Belfast of the team to go back to Manchester City.
“Ilkay Gundgoan has been diagnosed with a cold and won’t be accessible on Monday. The midfielder has left the team hotel in Belfast to return home,” the DFB composed on Twitter.
